Previous work experience: I have been working in the education field for almost 10 years. Recently, I was working as for UNICEF Indonesia, where I managed early childhood program piloting in Papua and West Papua province. Career goals: Continue working for international development agencies to contribute to the improvement of education quality and access in developing countries. Graduation year: 2019 What you are doing now: I currently work as an independent education consultant where I accept collaboration in research and education program implementation in developing countries. My recent projects include research on education decentralization in Indonesia and documentation of Indonesian languages projects with UH Manoa linguistic department researchers. |

Grow collaborative partnerships between Windward Community College and community partners 2. Increase educational access for underserved populations, implementing proactive support systems 3. Attain a doctorate to have the necessary skills and experience to impact policies for kaiapuni and Hawaiian charter schools Graduation year: 2020 What you are doing now: Currently, I serve as the Project Coordinator for Early College programming for 8 kaiapuni (immersion) and Hawaiian-culture based schools across the pae ʻāina (Oʻahu, Kauaʻi, Big Island, Maui County). Additionally, I have engaged in collaborative grant writing, receiving several Title III grant awards, community grants, and grant extensions. I will be moving on to pursue my doctorate in Fall 2023 to earn a joint doctorate in Educational Policy Studies and History. |

Graduation year: 2019 What you are doing now: I am currently pursuing my dream of living in Japan and working as an English teacher in Himeji, Japan. |
