Teaching Experience

Picture
In addition to being a former public school teacher, I have taught for 6 universities across different world regions. Examples of the courses I have taught are mentioned below.

Student
feedback has been positive and enthusiastic. One reason for the excellent marks from students is because my classes—in both face-to-face and online formats—involve innovative methods and creative assignments. Beyond lecturing and traditional written assignments, I make use of guest speakers, discussion, and group work. More recently, I have also begun to experiment with assignments that ask students to conduct network ethnographies, practitioner interviews, virtual posters, and photo essays.  For a sample of student feedback, see here.
